When I became an agent in 1999, I discovered my experience as a teacher is a natural platform for working with real estate clients.  I also bring research skills to the home valuation process, which is a competitive advantage. In addition to earning Broker licenses in MA and NM, I'm a Certified Residential Specialist and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2012.

You can benefit from my extensive experience:  in addition to helping hundreds of clients, I've bought, improved, and sold my own homes several times. I've owned and managed rental properties. I've also renovated a multi-family and converted it into condos, creating brand-new homes for first-time buyers.

Born in Cambridge, I grew up in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and Albuquerque. I’ve also lived in Cambridge, Somerville, Watertown, and Austin TX. I’ve spent a lot of time on the coast of Maine, in San Francisco, and with family in Virginia and Florida.  On my former academic path, I taught at Wellesley College, Emerson College, Babson College, UT Austin, and gave lectures at Harvard, MIT, and Lesley.
