Paul opened RE/MAX Destiny in Cambridge Massachusetts in January of 1999. He began his real estate career in 1989 while working with a local Cambridge developer. Prior to real estate his entrepreneurial adventures included, sales, marketing, restaurant consulting, a partnership in a restaurant startup, and occupational training as Director of New England Bartender’s School in Boston. He is now Broker of Record, CEO and President of RE/MAX Destiny.
The Jamaica Plain office opened in October of 2013 and the South End office in July of 2015.
Prior to RE/MAX Paul worked in a single office that changed hands from an independent brokerage to Prudential Real Estate and finally became the flagship office for DeWolfe, this ultimately sold to Coldwell Banker. Most of Paul’s practice revolved around corporate owned real estate and new construction along with working with home owners, investors, developers and third parties such as banks and relocation companies.
Paul is committed to helping independent professionals build strong referral based businesses by providing a solid platform where professionals can focus on what matters most in growing their business. He consistently strives for greater professional and personal development and in building a company that is both positive and rewarding for our associates, staff and ultimately our real estate clients.
Paulina is the Director of Operations. She graduated from Johnson State College with a Bachelor Degree in Behavioral Science. She has over ten years of experience in administrative real estate management having previously worked with Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. She also has administrative experience working for a real estate attorney which included property management. Paulina understands real estate transactions from the associate’s perspective and what it takes to provide consistent professional support. She enjoys the daily interaction with associates and working in a team environment.
In her free time she loves to run road races. Paulina has volunteered to support a variety of charities including Leukemia Lymphoma Society, Habitat for humanity and others. Paulina lives in New Hampshire with her husband Joe and two sons Jackson & Noah.
Juan began his real estate career in 1994 as their Housing Rehabilitation Director for the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), a national non-profit organization, where He managed over 25 residential construction project managers on both the East and West coasts, while implementing procedures to improve communication between contractors, property owners and banking representatives.
In 2002 Juan launched JRM Construction Management, a company that specialized in high-end renovations in Jamaica Plain and Brookline. During this time he became involved with real estate sales and marketing and found it to be the perfect fit. Juan is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Juan purchased the Jamaica Plain RE/MAX franchise in 2012 and became a Broker/Partner with RE/MAX Destiny, based in Cambridge and Boston. Juan manages the Jamaica Plain office In addition to being an active Realtor.
Juan loves technology and pushing its boundaries to make the real estate experience better for agents and their clients. Juan is the dotloop.com transaction platform trainer for RE/MAX Destiny and is always out testing new apps and making technology recommendations. He is also an outstanding photographer having contributed most of the photographs on our website, DestinyAgents.com.
Ken is Broker of Record and Co-Owner of RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Ltd. in Toronto Canada. One of the leading companies in Canada with over 650 sales associates. He recently ventured into the U.S. Real Estate Market by becoming a Broker/Partner with RE/MAX Destiny in Jamaica Plain and Boston’s South End.
A realtor for over 30 years, Ken has been honored by RE/MAX International as International Broker of the Year, is a past member of the Toronto Real Estate Board's Board of Directors, and chair of numerous committees and taskforces.
Ken works specifically one-on-one with REALTORS® producing $250,000 and up. Ken’s individual coaching and mentoring program is tailored specifically to the needs of the individuals and team leaders.
As well as being a business coach, Mr. McLachlan is a coach for CKG International and has spoken throughout Canada, the United States, Bahamas, and Europe on all aspects of the real estate industry.
Debra has many years of experience as a top producer working with RE/MAX Hallmark. She is now a Co-Owner of the company. She has used her direct approach and training skills to help grow the company into one of Canada’s finest real estate organizations. She developed and implemented a training program specifically targeted towards coaching REALTORS® currently earning $100,000 to $249,000 per year to reach the next level in their careers.
