Paul opened RE/MAX Destiny in Cambridge Massachusetts in January of 1999. He began his real estate career in 1989 while working with a local Cambridge developer. Prior to real estate his entrepreneurial adventures included, sales, marketing, restaurant consulting, a partnership in a restaurant startup, and occupational training as Director of New England Bartender’s School in Boston. He is now Broker of Record, CEO and President of RE/MAX Destiny.
The Jamaica Plain office opened in October of 2013 and the South End office in July of 2015.
Prior to RE/MAX Paul worked in a single office that changed hands from an independent brokerage to Prudential Real Estate and finally became the flagship office for DeWolfe, this ultimately sold to Coldwell Banker. Most of Paul’s practice revolved around corporate owned real estate and new construction along with working with home owners, investors, developers and third parties such as banks and relocation companies.
Paul is committed to helping independent professionals build strong referral based businesses by providing a solid platform where professionals can focus on what matters most in growing their business. He consistently strives for greater professional and personal development and in building a company that is both positive and rewarding for our associates, staff and ultimately our real estate clients.
Paulina is the Director of Operations. She graduated from Johnson State College with a Bachelor Degree in Behavioral Science. She has over twenty years of experience in administrative real estate management having previously worked with Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. She also has administrative experience working for a real estate attorney which included property management. Paulina understands real estate transactions from the associate’s perspective and what it takes to provide consistent professional support. She enjoys the daily interaction with associates and working in a team environment.
In her free time she loves to run road races. Paulina has volunteered to support a variety of charities including Leukemia Lymphoma Society, Habitat for humanity and others. Paulina lives in New Hampshire with her husband Joe and two sons Jackson & Noah.
Director of Business Development
Sarah is a natural team and business builder. She had always been interested in real estate having considerable exposure to the industry through family and friends. She is so excited to have the opportunity to apply all of her business development skills, desire and enthusiasm to bring opportunity to independent contractors. “It’s so exciting to be able to help people find a safe and trustworthy home where they can build a business of their own as part of an outstanding local team and partner to the top real estate brand in the world”.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the State University of New York at Potsdam. Her work experience is considerable and enhanced by her commitment to help others. She is a big believer in giving back to the community. She was a Big Sister for Big Brother's/Big Sister's for five years and remains a huge advocate for the program. She was also an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce, a Volunteer Mentor for "Women's Workforce Empowerment" program and is now involved with the Children’s Miracle Network. Earlier in her career, she was Head of Development for a four county non-profit children’s clinic, a Special Events Coordinator for a New York State Senator and an Advertising Executive/Web Advertising Coordinator for a local television affiliate.
Sarah moved to the Boston area from Upstate New York in 2014. She is the proud mom of a vivacious 4 year old named Sofia. In her free time, Sarah loves the beach and spending time by or on the water and attending concerts and sporting events. Her passion for soccer led to her getting her NYS Coaching Certification. She’s coached youth soccer and lacrosse and was also the head athletic trainer for two summers for the Revolution, a men’s semi-pro football team.
